This chai blend was born from chocolate.

I grew up in New Hampshire, where my parents ran a charming chocolate shop that felt like magic. My mom, especially, infused our lives with sweetness—both in spirit and in cocoa. After she passed away from breast cancer, I found myself craving that connection. When my own kids were little, I opened a chocolate shop of my own. It was more than a business—it was a way to feel closer to my mom, to remember those joyful afternoons spent handcrafting truffles and tasting melted chocolate straight from the pot.

That time with my children—watching them discover the same simple joys I once had—was everything.

Now that they’re grown with families of their own, I’ve taken that love and memory and stirred it into something new: a chocolate chai blend, made for coffee and milk.

Unlike traditional chocolates, this spiced blend doesn’t require tempering or refrigeration. It’s a daily comfort—warming, rich, cozy—a ritual that adds the same sweetness and joy to mornings or afternoons as a perfect bite of chocolate once did.
